San Juan Harvest is Spectrum's agriculture, produce, food-access, and practical education pillar. Its purpose is to strengthen local food resilience while providing fresh produce for Spectrum's restaurant, retreat meals, community programs, and regional partners.
A planned 14,000-square-foot, energy-efficient greenhouse will support year-round indoor production. No outdoor production is planned.
