04 · Spectrum Wellness Center

The immediate Ridgway location

The proposed Spectrum Wellness Center is intended to become Spectrum's near-term Ridgway location and a practical demonstration of the larger mission while the hot springs campus advances through acquisition, design, review, and construction.

Immediate Program Model
Multi-day retreat suites with coordinated arrival, meals, preparation, and integration
Personalized facilitation and legally permitted natural medicine journeys
Nature immersion, massage or spa services when selected, and practical wellness education
An apothecary and community education space
Scholarship-supported programs developed with veteran, disability, caregiver, and local partners
Wellness Center
A Responsible Bridge
~90 days
after acquisition and required approvals

The Center can establish operating systems, train staff, build partnerships, test accessibility practices, measure participant experience, and create near-term program revenue. The proposed goal is to prepare the Center for operation within approximately 90 days after acquisition and required approvals; this is a planning target, not a guarantee.
