Rhonda Schirado

For more than 20 years, Rhonda Schirado has built her career around helping people feel welcome and supported. Her work began in early childhood education, where she learned how trust and patience could create opportunities for children to connect and grow.

That commitment extended into nonprofit and community leadership. She helped open food pantries and support winter housing for people facing hardship, while her Rotary leadership brought practical support to children through school and literacy initiatives. In hospitality and resort operations, she carried that same care into leading teams and creating experiences that made people feel at home.

Spectrum Wellness Foundation brings these parts of Rhonda’s life together. Her own family’s experiences with mental health made the need for compassionate, accessible support deeply personal. She brings the leadership to turn an idea into a working program and the heart to stay connected to the people it serves. Her vision for the foundation and future retreat grows from a lifelong commitment: making room for people to be themselves and helping them discover what becomes possible when they feel they belong.

Co-Founder

Kirby Clardy

Kirby Clardy is an entrepreneur whose path has brought together sustainable farming, culinary hospitality, and resort operations. Growing nourishing food and cultivating natural medicines deepened his understanding of how living systems work together—and how tending to the smallest details can make a meaningful difference.

That same care shapes his approach to hospitality, where thoughtful preparation becomes part of how people feel welcomed. A lifelong connection to hot springs gives Spectrum personal meaning for Kirby, bringing his experience and practical business judgment into a vision he cares deeply about creating.

He approaches that vision with curiosity and persistence, finding solutions that support both quality and lasting success. He is driven to build a resort that provides the resources, tools, and education to help people find their own path to wellbeing and thrive in everyday life.
